Neha specializes in complex litigation, with a broad range of experience in state and federal courts as well as arbitration. Her work spans the areas of contract, fraud, trade secret, unfair competition, and intellectual property law across all stages of litigation, including through trial and on appeal. Prior to joining KBL, Neha was an associate at Keker, Van Nest & Peters where her trial experience included examining an expert witness in a jury case that resulted in a multi-million dollar jury judgment for a pro bono client, examining an expert witness and cross-examining a fact witness in a patent case, and examining and cross-examining  several witnesses  in a trial concerning a high-profile public figure.

Neha is a Bay Area native who is actively involved with the local community, including through her service on the Audit Committee for Filoli in Woodside. When she isn’t litigating, she enjoys distance running along the Great Highway, attending plays or new film releases, and playing the piano.
